Welcome to the CommPlus Internet Services Trouble Shooting Guide for Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 3.x.

When I check my e-mail I get a message asking me to verify my username & password.

1. In Internet Mail click on Mail on the menu bar then Options.
2. Click on the Servers tab option.
3. Delete both the Account name & Password field and re-enter both.
4. Click OK
5. Click your Send & Receive Icon.
6. If this doesn't correct the problem, call 384-7030 for assistance.
7. Complete!
