Welcome to the CommPlus Internet Services Trouble Shooting Guide for Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 3.x.

When I check my e-mail I get a message that host mail.commplusis.net could not be found.

  1. In Internet Mail click on Mail on the menu bar then Options.
  2. Click on the Server tab option.
  3. Delete both the Outgoing mail(SMTP) & Incoming mail(POP3) fields and re-enter both with mail.commplusis.net
  4. Click OK
  5. Click your Send & Receive Icon.
  6. If this doesn't correct the problem, call 384-7030 for assistance.
  7. Complete!
